I want you to to have the love, sex, and intimacy of your wildest dreams.

Hi, I’m Heather Atles

I am a Somatica™ trained Relationship, Sex, and Intimacy Coach. I work with couples, individuals, and polycules to design and create the most luscious, empowering, nurturing intimate relationships possible. I have over 20 years of training in shame resiliency, pleasure mapping, embodied breath work, and non-traditional relationships. I have a degree from Emerson College, and have trained with the Human Awareness Institute, Mastery in Transformational Training, The Pathway, Landmark Education, Insight Seminar, and more. I have extensive experience with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Byron’s Katie’s “Work,” Non-Violent Communication, and The Courage To Heal.

I have worked as an entertainer, community organizer, corporate trainer, and motivational speaker. However, nothing brings me more joy than having a positive impact on people’s self-image and relationships. I have dedicated my life to personal growth, self-actualization, and service to others.

I would love to share my experience and skills with you as your coach. Let’s dive in and create the relationship with yourself and others that is embodiment of your wildest dreams.

A different approach

Traditional talk therapy is great, I’ve done it myself for years. However, it has its limitations.

Somatic coaching is different.

Most psychotherapists, even those who specialize in working with couples, have little or no experiential training on sexuality. Talking only gets you so far when it comes to your erotic self-expression and well-being. To reach your full potential in sexual, sensual, and emotional intimacy, I believe a more experiential approach is needed.

I combine my years of personal development training with the Somatica™ Method to help you realize your capacity for connection, pleasure, and embodiment.

I offer authentic connection, not just analysis, so you can experience intimacy in real time, through touch, snuggling, role-play, breath, skill building, and vulnerability.

I write a bi-weekly sex and relationship advice column for Broke Ass Stuart, a website for news, arts, and culture in San Francisco.
