SPARK  •  A COUPLES WORKSHOP  •  SAN FRANCISCO  •  AUGUST 1

The most fun you'll have with your clothes on.

Date night turned all the way up.

Two hours. Your partner. A guided experience that leaves you both wanting more of each other.

SATURDAY AUGUST 1, 3-5 PM • MISSION YOGA, SAN FRANCISCO • LIMITED TO 20 COUPLES

For the couple who still chooses each other. And wants more.

Leave with that look — the one that says the evening isn't over.

Spark is the kind of afternoon that makes the rest of the night very interesting…

Think of it as the best date you've had in a while — with a little expert magic behind it.

Spark is a two-hour guided experience for couples, led by a Somatica™ intimacy coach who knows exactly how to turn up the heat.

You'll ease in — low-key and present, designed to dissolve the week and get you out of your heads.

From there the charge builds. The exercises get more focused. The attention between you more electric.

By the end, the room feels very small. In the best possible way.

As you walk out, something between you will be awake in a way it wasn't two hours ago.

Meet Your Guide

Her approach is different from therapy, and intentionally so. Talking about a relationship only gets you so far. What actually moves the needle — what creates real desire, real presence, real aliveness between two people — happens in the body. That's where Heather works.

Trained in the Somatica™ Method and over 20 years of work in shame resiliency, pleasure, and embodied connection, Heather brings something most couples have never experienced: a guide who knows how to make the shift feel real — not just talked about.

Spark is two hours of her juiciest work. Come curious, leave lit up.

Most of Heather's work happens behind closed doors — in the intimate space between two people who are ready to feel the spark again.

A few things couples ask.

Is this explicit or sexual in nature?

1

Spark is a fully clothed, guided experience — think of it as a charged, intentional date, not a performance. Everything is playful, present, and entirely at your own pace. You're always in choice. Nothing is forced, and nothing will feel like more than you're ready for.

Is this only for couples with issues?

2

Not at all. Spark is designed for any couple who wants more — more electricity, more play, more of that feeling where the rest of the room disappears. Whether things are great and you want to turn them up, or you've just been busy and want to reconnect, this is for you.

What if we feel awkward?

3

That's more common than you'd think — and completely fine. The opening is specifically designed to ease you in. Clear prompts remove all guesswork, and most couples find the awkward feeling dissolves faster than they expected.

How is this different from couples therapy?

4

Completely different. There's no talking about the relationship, no analyzing what's wrong, no homework. This is experiential — you feel the shift rather than discuss it. Think of it less like a session and more like the best date you've had in a while, with a little expert guidance behind it.

Is this LGBTQIA+ friendly?

5

Wholeheartedly yes. All couples are welcome — any gender, orientation, or relationship dynamic. This is your space.

What should we wear? Do we need to bring anything?

6

Comfortable clothes you can move in. No props, no workbooks, no preparation needed. Just show up with each other.

What if one of us is more hesitant?

7

Completely fine. You're always in choice. Every experience is opt-in and there's no pressure to go further than feels good for both of you.

The afternoon starts at 3. What happens after 5 is up to you.

It's 5pm.

You're walking out together and something is different. You can feel it.

They reach for your hand — but not the way they usually do. This time it means something. This time there's intention behind it.

You catch their eye and there it is. That look. The one you haven't seen in a while. The one that says everything without saying a word.

Someone leans in close. A whisper. Something that makes you smile and flush at the same time.

The air between you has charge in it. The kind that makes a simple touch feel like electricity. The kind that makes the drive home feel unbearably long.

You're not thinking about dinner.

You're not thinking about tomorrow.

You're only thinking about them.
