When You Get Triggered, You Lose Choice.
Learn How to Come Back to Yourself.
A guided, body-based workshop to help you stay grounded, present, and clear—even in the moments that usually take you out.
There’s a moment when your body takes over.
Your chest tightens.
Your thoughts speed up—or disappear entirely.
What you meant to say gets lost.
Maybe you shut down.
Maybe you react in a way you later regret.
Maybe you lose connection with yourself—or the person in front of you.
And afterward, you replay it… wishing you had handled it differently.
This isn’t a communication problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.
The Shift
What if you could catch that moment earlier?
What if you could feel the activation…
and stay with yourself instead of getting pulled under?
What if, even in the middle of intensity,
you could stay grounded, present, and clear?
That’s what this workshop is about.
What to Expect
Most approaches focus on insight.
You understand your patterns.
You know where they come from.
But in the moment?
That awareness often disappears.
This work is different.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Recognize the early signs of overwhelm in your body
Regulate in real time (not hours later)
Stay connected to yourself while in interaction
Respond with more clarity, intention, and choice
Build a personal toolkit you can use in everyday life
The goal isn’t to never get triggered.
It’s about knowing how to come back.
To your body.
To your clarity.
To what actually matters to you in the moment—especially when it’s hardest to access.
This is a space to practice that—gently, and in community.
